It will be just the one day (Saturday) rather than our usual Saturday/Sunday. ![]() We are well into 2023 and it's time for a pop-up! It's been a minute. I will not be serving our traditional menu items, but have something else planned. Looking forward to adding different soups to the menu! Our last pop-up for the year will on November 12 and November 13. Thanks to everyone who came out to our last pop-up! We introduced kimchi jjigae (soup) and it was delicious. Our next pop-up will be on October 29 and October 30. Wow! You all have been amazing and extremely supportive to us and we can't thank you enough. We really felt the support at our last pop-up! We sold out at Sunday's lunch and that has never happened. We'll see you in October! Oh and get ready for "Today's snack," it's going to be a delicious one! Thank you ALL for the support! It means so much to this small business owner. Wow, gimbap was a hit at this past pop-up weekend! Overall, this weekend was fun and I'm so glad you all came out to get some Korean food and Chuseok sweet treats. If you're not already, please consider following us on Instagram and/or Facebook! When the weather gets cooler, I'd like to introduce a few Korean soups, such as kimchi jjigae, oxtail soup, or doenjung jjigae. I will be going back to featuring "Today's snack." Look forward to mandu (dumplings), kimchi bokkeumbap (kimchi fried rice), gimbap making appearances again. Wow, time has flown by and summer is nearly ending. I plan on keeping it on the menu until the days get cooler. The response for our summer dish, Bibim Guksu has been huge. Hope you'll join us on either July 2 or July 3 to try the new dish (or one of our other ones)! :) Although it has a kick to it, this dish is quite refreshing during hot days. Hi everyone! Our next pop-up is about a week away and I'm excited! For a limited time, I'm introducing Bibim Guksu: a cold, spicy noodle dish topped with cucumber, a hard boiled egg, and kimchi. My next pop-up will be the weekend of May 28 and May 29! Hope to see you there! I will be taking off the month of June, but will be back July 2 and July 3! ![]() I must admit I do get a little emotional when people stop by after eating and say that the food is delicious. The support and love from everyone has been huge and means so much to me-it's a constant reminder of why I wanted to started this Korean food adventure. It's been a minute! Hope everyone is well! Since starting the pop-up a few months ago, it's been an amazing ride. I think it would be cool to have a gimbap or musubi day where people can pick what they want in their seaweed wrap! This weekend, I'll stick with the traditional rice and Spam. Yasss! We have a pop-up this weekend (4/23 and 4/24)! For this pop-up, we are featuring Spam musubi for "Today's snack." One of my favorites, as it's similar to gimbap and you can make different combinations with meat and veggies. I will make a post in Facebook and make a story in Instagram. Hope to see you!
